Won't allow me to checkout

I was not able to place order at 6:30pm Eastern with IE8, but installed Google Chrome and it worked.

Also cannot check out. Loops to the same page with each click of checkout. That is with IE. Mozilla gives an error message of "sorry cannot navigate to page."
