It will not accept any payment options, I tried all of them.
When I attempt to select a CC on file, I get the following error message:

I attempted to purchase a e-tablet on 12-18 & 12-19. Walmart.com would allow me to check out, give me an order number to track my purchase.....later I would get an email advising me there was an "error processing my recent Walmart purchase" the order was cancelled by Walmart. I tried two different CCs....checked with my bank about any problems with Walmart processing my credit card purchase.....my CC had plenty of available credit to complete this purchase.....I can only surmise that Walmart's web ordering system was not processing CC orders correctly. After 3 attempts.....I ended up purchasing the item from Amazon.com......Amazon processed my CC online order OK
I have the same problem! So frustrating, I tried so many times with various cards they are now holding 800.00 from my various accounts!
One possible solution is that I found out you need to check and make sure the address you submit with your credit card profile at Walmart matches EXACTLY the billing address your credit card company uses to send your CC bill...if these two addresses don't match.....your payment is rejected by Walmart.....
Walmart should not be holding any money from any of your accounts.....once there is an error in payment account and the order is canceled by Walmart.....that credit charge should be reversed on your credit card statement.........My charges were reversed very quickly after Walmart cancelled my orders .
