I have been trying to place a large supply order for almost two weeks and the website gets stuck on the "processing order page"...what is going on. Plans to fix this anytime soon???
Some of these items needed are online only items.

Tried numerous times (~10) to place web orders today (14.Feb.2013).
Called twice (800-966-6546) and was told try again in two hours, then try tomorrow.
Perhaps web orders are not a significant profit center for WM ... sort of an ignored wart in their business ???
