walmart.com down, but www.walmart.com working slightly...has issues

If you type in walmart.com without the "www" then the website is completely blank, but if you type in www.walmart.com then you get a wierd page that you can search on and eventually get some information, but there are pages that are messed up even then. They are having issues.
