works fine until going from shipping address to payment options-then it always lists a problem and will not advance

will not let me checkout after adding prints to cart

Okay I just figured out the problem that I was having. One of my items while still in my cart would not allow me to select a shipping preference (home or store). Neither of the bubbles would let me select them. Every time I would try to proceed to check out it would just take me right back to my cart with no error message or anything mentioning the shipping of that particular item. However, when I removed the item and then added it back into my cart, I could select a shipping preference and proceed to checkout just fine. Hope this helps!
my cart says it's empty, so i add items that i want, then it shows i have mulitple items, duplicates but i can't access the cart to fix it b/c it says it can't access that page...ugh..can't fix my cart, can't complete my order...about to go to Target :/
I'm having the same problem since my last Windows update!!! Some site on GOOGLE search says to download a service pack, which I did, and it worked for the guy posting. Doesn't change things for me. HELP! I'm a techno-idiot and I have to access the site to get warranty service on an air conditioner that's giving me grief! UGH! Thanks!
