I've been trying to checkout on walmart.com for the past 2 days using IE, Firefox, and Chrome (nothing worked). Finally just installed the walmart iphone app, and placed my order within minutes!

"Proceed to checkout" still down!
I also tried the iPhone app & still was unable to get past the 'shipping options'...also, items coming from outside Walmart can only be ordered online. :(
I also just used the Walmart app to checkout and it worked beautifully! Done within minutes.
