i call the customer service number, she told me they extended it until the 4th but if it is still not working, you have to go to the store you purchased it at and they can help. I already went to one store(not the one i purchased it at) and they couldnt get it to work either, but that was on the 29th or the 30th. im hoping it works soon, i dont have a vechicle big enough to pick my item up in.
