attempted to register card no site found you took my money today and was willing to wait for product but website not available you are losing customers today hope you get this fixed

paid for $98 dollar tv have tried to go to walmart.com/thourguarantee site they site they say there is no site. we only have till dec 1 to do this online please tell me how you are gonna honor this if site is not up and running/ I know a lot of people received these one hour guarantee papers and paid for their product so hopefully by Friday the site will be up and running or you will have to get thousands of these tvs in stock and honor all these guarantees with receipts that marked paid. this is the first time had an issue but my ten year old grandson wont be happy if he does not get what santa promised. please fix before Dec 1 and if you cant you must still honor all these paid tvs. thank you for getting right on this.
my store tells me the deadline date to register will be extended until website is fixed! reminds me of affordable care act!

fue un desatre,muy mala organizacion,a mi por un error de una cajera no pude llevarme el televisor,si no pueden dar un buen servico al cliente no den nada ,es una falta de respeto.
It was bad enough I could not pick-up the TV"s on sale for $240.00 I stood in line for over two hours and now have to come back for in the middle of Dec. probably in snow...but now I can;'t even register to pick it up. If I knew it was going to be this much trouble and worry if I will get it in time for Xmas as s gift, I would of spent my money somewhere else. I have been to many of the 1 hr sale's brfore I moved here from but this one I will never go too again.
I have call the company & told them the site was down or not even up by the error message I was given & the lady told me don't worry I have until dec 1st of 2014 to do so. I told the lady that not far away you know - she said just try again tomorrow, the web site must be down again - each time I called the lady really didn't care - WOW walmart you need someone better on the phones - the 1 hour guanrantee was a great idea & I'm sure you will get things fixxed for me, but some better needs to be taking calls abut this & there should be a notice on your site by now, your site people are failing you too.
why would you sell something that has to be registered by a deadline and not be ready for it?
