I also am getting the "due to technical difficulties....." page. I've tried on my windows laptop, running IE, iMac with Safari and Firefox and ipad. Very frustrating for those of us overseas that use walmart to supply our goods.

That's the page I also received on 4/16/2014. However, after reading the above post, I see that I'm whining, as I could drive to the nearest Walmart, but it's a 20 mile trip. Still, 20 miles is doable and it's not as if I were overseas which we were at one time, and it is a hassle to get things from the States. Good luck to getting your order.
