It says "sorry we're having trouble with your request please wait a moment and then try again". I've tried logging out, clearing cache, different browsers and devices..nothing works

Same! I've been getting the same error message when I try to order a cake. I've tried multiple browsers on both my laptop and phone and nothing has worked.
