Error message states that they are experiencing high volume to RELOAD. Tried six times; still doesn't work.

I tried to order from Walmart.com with three different credit cards but each time I get an email saying that the order payment could not be processed. I contacted the Customer Service department who sugguested I stop by my local Walmart to purchase the merchandise. Not much help I am afraid.
I am getting nothing, once i click check out. the screen is pretty much blank! i have been trying all day, i called as well and they told me i can not order over the phone, and unfortunately the item i want to purchase is not sold in stores...... GRRR!!!!!
Seems to be a frequent issue. As of 7/2, I've tried to two days using 2 different browsers - so it is them. Sent them an email.
