Unable to access for one week, but I figured a TEMPORARY WORKAROUND

Walmart Customer DIS-Service is NO HELP AT ALL. But, I figured out a workaround. Sign out of your account. Clear your cache & cookies. Put the item(s) you want in your cart. When going to check out, sign into your account. You should be able to purchase/complete the checkout for whatever you just placed in the cart.  However, clicking on your cart after signing in will likely not help-I've been getting an error message ("Due to technical difficulties, we can't show the page you're trying to get to. What would you like to do?") the whole week when I do that. You should be able to "hover" your cursor over the cart symbol to show you what's in the cart, though. Hope this helps, because I know Walmart.com won't.

Yes, it is frustrating to lose everything. Humor for the day: I was on the phone today/ Walmart Customer Dis-Service for about the 10th time this month, trying to get them to fix my account, and all their systems crashed! Serves them right. They are not concerned about fixing anything for customers like us. I also inquired about a case number I was given last week which the rep said they were sending to I.T. The rep today said it was not an I.T. case that the rep filed, but rather a compliment case! Trust me, I have not complimented anyone this month on their service, as they've not been helpful at all. What a bunch of misfits.
