what's is happening with this,i'm trying to register my card for a 32" emerson tv,and i can't get through.

I cannot register my card ..its taking me to a blank site!!

CANNOT REGISTER CARD. Walmart has my money. Trying to get my 32' TV NEED ANSWERS
