Technical difficulties, "link cannot be served", etc.

This has gone on for DAYS! The items are in the shopping cart but I can't check out (which I've done plenty of times before). What's going on?

I've been trying since January to access my cart. They tell me they are unaware of any technical problems and tell me to open another account. It's beyond frustrating. I'm trying to find another onlne retailer to take my business to now. Walmart does not care about its customers. After dozens of calls and emails, I am no further at having them care to fix the problem than I was 4 months ago when it first started. I've placed over 300 orders with them, and they don't care at all if I ever place another. I've already ordered hundreds of dollars worth of items from other vendors since they essentially told me to blow it out my ear. Using all 3 major browsers renders the same error reading. Even their phone representatives cannot access my account. Walmart.com used to have decent customer service, but not anymore.

WalMart doesn't give a rat's arse about customers.  I've been trying to get a gazebo cover replacement - even went to store twice, and even management passes the buck onto staff who know even less.  I tried using the contact us page, and after I'd filled everything in and clicked send, the stupid site then said this site has moved or is broken, please start over again!  And they NUTS?  I'm still waiting for yet another call I was promised today.  I hope they lose tons of money treating customers this way.  You don['t see crap like this in Japan and other countries.  You get FAR better treatment in Haiti, of all places!  No kidding!  They bend over backwards to help you there.  Is it an entire WalMart thing, or a Vancouver island thing?  Bloody hell!

You're right- they don't give a rat's arse about customers! It is an entire Walmart thing. They have lost a lot of my business. I STILL cannot access my cart, my saved items, etc. since JANUARY! They just tell me to open another account!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously?! I cannot think of a single business that would tell you to go screw yourself & open up another account, instead of them fixing the one they broke. If my Amazon account or my email account was inaccessible due to their technology glitches, I cannot imagine them telling me to just open another account. But, it's normal for Walmart to handle these situations this way. I have been hounding them since January to fix my account, but I'm not counting on them ever doing so....So, I'll shop elsewhere for my next 300 orders...

You wouldn't believe the run around I jsut got from Walmart againt today.  shunted around on teh phone.

First person I spoke to when I went back to Walmart May 1, was James in the garden centert -the manager there, right at the back door  .

He told me to talk to Glen, the employee who first took the specs I gave him for the gazebo top. Glen said he couldn't do it, a mangaer had to do it.  And....James had JUST LEFT for the day.  Of course.  So I go to Cust. Service.  Spoke to Megan.  She took the specs and said a manager would call me today.  By 5 pm today, no one had called.  So I called back.  I asked to speak to Customer Service, and was then asked what about?  !!!!  GEEZ!  So I told this idiot the whole story, thinking she might be of help.  No.  She told me that Cust. Service probabl wouldn't know what I was talking about!  REALLY?  I told her that I'd just talked in person to Megan the night before at 6 pm, so yes, she would remember.  However, Megan was off shift, so I spoke to Gabrielle and gave her the the entire story.   She said she'd put me through to a manager.  Now i'm on the phone with Patti.  I give her the story and she tells me she'd put me through to a manager!!!  She came back on the phone and said she couldn't find anyone else.  I said I was told by Gabrielle that I'd be put through to a manager!  Aren't YOU a manager?  Well, yes, but you really need to talk to James in the garden center, as it is he who does all the ordering for that department!   Back to bloody square one.  I tell you, James is going to get his a!* kicked when I go back.  As the saying goes - I'm mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it ANYMORE.  If I have to write to the papers I will.   These places want to treat me like s!*t, I'll return the favor.   End of rant.  For now.  ha ha.
