last 3 or 4 months everytime I try to make a purchase I can not on line. It takes about a hour to get customer support and they can no help either ? Walmart is to big to have these issues on going and no media reports ?

I am not able to check out. There is a message that says due to technical difficulties we cannot process your request right now. This has been going on for about a week...I have been trying to purchase a rug and keep getting the same thing no matter what computer I try from.
I was not able to check out either. However, I changed the internet browser I was using from Safari to Chrome (I use a Mac) and problem solved. Try switching browsers- that is what worked for me.
