TC number not valid for 1 hour guarantee

I hope the post saying to go back to Walmart and get a receipt like a raincheck works.   My son got the 1 hour guarantee and paid for the TV - then the guy at the door drew a green line down his receipt while he carried out nothing and now I try to register his receipt and it is saying it is not a 1 hour guarantee receipt.   I contacted our local Walmart and they are saying they are taking care of it.  We will see.  More to come.
