This Wal-Mart holiday mobile page does not work, it keeps going back to the main page. I need to check the status of an order for Christmas. What's going on?

I am in the middle of sending feedback hoping it reaches Corporate offices. I am so done in. For two days I h3ve been going back and forth with customer service or those techs who don't give a rat's bum. After waiting 14, 20, 40 minutes you ask them to take your order, I'm sorry because of the high volume we can't take rders. Well when do you think I should call back, Maybe the end of the week. WTH??? If they'd place people's orders they wouldn't have such a high volume of callers. Even more if they's take the site back to the summer state. We need to all send a feed back letter. Oh, and changing your browser won't help either. I tried that.
Yep. Biggest store in the country has the worst website. Shame. They could be getting my money right now rather than my complaint, but. Whatever. Amazon's working just fine, as usual!
