I know you guys won't believe this one. I just spoke with a Walmart.com tech you relayed to me he didn't know there is a problem with the site. He says people are placing orders. Are any of you able to use WalMart.Com. Neither am I. - This guy is acting like if there is a problem it just started today, rather than some time back in September. - Are they really telling their techs to lie to us?
I have the same problem. A couple of times the items in my cart just disappeared, and when I do get to the checkout, it will not let me check out.
Yes they really do tell their techs to lie to us. I've found over the last year that customer service does not exist with Walmart. I have had to spend 30 minutes on the phone a number of times to have my issues partially resolved. If one forgets to ask a question during such a call, don't expect the phone number to get you to the same person you were talking to the next time you dial in. I've even called the corporate offices only to learn that this or that function is no longer handle there. I am then given a new number and the same thing happens. I guess Sam Walton's family is so filthy rich they really don't care about their customers.
