Shopping Cart Not Working

Items added to cart disappear during shopping, while trying to add more items to cart. Occasionally an error message ("We're having temporary difficulties arriving at the destination you requested") will be displayed. If/when items are added to the cart, checkout is impossible. Problem has persisted for 12+ hours.
