Shipping charges even though homefree items! Now, can't even get past sign in to check out page!!! Ridiculous!

I've been attempting to place an order for well over an hour today! Wasted time yesterday trying to add HomeFree items to my cart (Bounty and Viva) and they are tacking on additional shipping charges! I refuse to pay.... Get you website fixed walmart!
