Processes Payment then Cancels Order

The order goes through and give me an order number.  I receive a confirmation email of the order and then I get another email that says "Unfortunately, due to an error processing payment information, we have had to cancel the following order." The original charge shows pending on my credit card and the second shows the chargeback pending as well.

I'm trying to get someone on the phone cause it happened to me too on hold foe 33 minutes soo aggravated

After being on hold and replacing the order took an hour in all cause I made him wait to make sure I wasn't going to wait another 35 mins on hold he said it didn't go thru he didn't know why and is transferring it to management and they will contact me.. Such a pain in the a!*

I have placed the same order twice and both times it showed my transaction was complete only to have the payment process cancelled.

The same issue has happened to me 3 times the last year. I just had the error again today and now it reminded me why I'm not buying products from Walmart.
