I have items in my photo cart and am trying to checkout. However, when I click on "proceed to checkout" after verifying the contents of my cart, the page just reloads and will not progress.

Same exact thing happening to me. Just keeps reloading the cart page. Walmart emailed me back saying nothing was wrong with their site so that leads me to believe it's because I use ad blockers.
