An e-mail to customer service returned an idiotic automated message. Appears that all aspects of operations suck - IT, Customer service. Found my product on Amazon. Tried Walmart to begin with for the store pickup part.

Maybe it's high time Walmart outsourced fulfillment to Amazon.

What is the deal!

Tired of trying to track my order and getting an error screen telling me they are having difficulties processing my request. 2 days of this is a bit much. Amazon is about to get a lot busier.
