I log on, and I'm thrown off. Everything is incredibly slow and website freezes constantly. Impossible to place an order.

If you are always logged into their web site..anytime they do a site update..make sure you log out..fill your cart..click checkout..log back in..from then on you will be able to stay logged in..until they do another ste update..remember to always log out to update.
