I deleted browsing history and cookies restarted my computer tried to add items again and I can't what is the problem?

I have been trying several times a day since 6/7/15 and I have called walmart 2 times sorry nothing we can do is all I get. I'm very upset b/c I wanted to order things for my son to go to camp with now I'm sure my time has run out for delivery on time. I have cleared cookies deleted history nothing is working.
same thing for me as well... they says i have to phone them to get them to add the items to the cart when I have like 20 items I want to buy and I rather add it on myself than call them to do it.
