First, I called and customer service said that they had "no reports of a problem" and then the next representative stated that there was not only a problem
but she could not even process my order over the telephone. The entire Walmart system is down.

Just an update that may or may not apply to some of you. It appears that if you have over 20 items in your cart, it won't go through. So if you're having a problem with checkout and receive the error message to try later or reload etc, try removing some items and placing separate orders so that it does not exceed 20 items. That doesn't mean you can't get multiple of one particular item, however this is pertaining to 20 unigue items. Hope this helps. It sucks there's a limit on a cart but this seemed to work as a fix.
