Come on people... i have been trying to search on the site for 3 days and it brings me right back to the holiday page after i type in an item....
I have several times and they are no help. I did spend 30 minutes on the phone on more than one occasion and was able to get help from a live person, but I was unable to reach that individual again at the same number. I think there's a webpage with tech support telephone numbers on it. I have to see if I can find it again.
We've been attempting to check out on WalMart.com this afternoon and now this evening without any luck. This unlucky streak has happened at least eight times. I'd like to be able to purchase several Christmas presents on line, but can't. A notification jumps up after a few minutes and says that the page we're attempting to locate is having technical difficulties.
If you get this straightened out, let me know and how it happened.
I am giving up on Walmart online purchases. I changed all of my personal data for my account and editted my email address and password. Wonder of wonders Walmart did pick up on it. I did this in an attempt to close my online account. I was apparently unsuccessful. They still have my credit card information. Read the news on the latest with Walmart and you might get a better understanding about the problem.
