While logged in and at the Walmart main page, cart shows 3 items. Mouseover the cart icon spawns dialog box with option to Proceed to Checkout. Clicking these either of the Checkout buttons causes no action. In addition, clicking the "Close" button-text or icon does not close the spawned box. The majority of the buttons on the WalMart.com main page do not produce any effect.
This is on Windows XP, Chrome Browser, both fully updated. No isses with other sites at any time.
Attempted solutions include Reboot, Cache Clearing, Alternate Browser (Internet Explorer) all with the the same failure.

I have not been able to access my cart since at least January. Walmart.com does not care, evidenced in nothing but hapless, uncaring, dimwitted phone and email representatives giving canned responses such as "We're not experiencing technical issues, so just clear your cache and cookies."
