Even Walmart customer service rep CAN"T complete order, site down

Its NOT your pc or browser, REPEAT, its Walmart.com SITE is DOWN, I had the walmart customer service rep try and place my order and she COULD NOT do it either, said she got the same ERROR I am getting:
