This has been going on for a long time; no fixes seem to help; clearing cookies and cache does not help; adding https, no help, nothing is helping, and more and more people are having the same problem!!!! I hope Walmart knows that it is losing A LOT of business, and NO ONE can help????!!!!????

Did you figure it out? I am having the same problem. Target's site isw the same way, just shows a blank page. I can pull it up on the Kindle and my cell phone, but not on my laptop...
