Checkout won't complete

I have been trying to order tires through the Walmart website for the last 4-5 days and everytime I'm able to go all the way through the checkout process but when I confirm my order I get an error message. The message says something about "sorry but the page is temporarily unavailable...." or something along those lines.

Would just like to add that I have tried checking out through Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox but ALL have failed with the same message.

Just tried Safari from my daughter's Ipod Touch and it's still a no go. I'm getting the same error still.
