Can add items to shopping cart - but when proceed to check out comes up - it will not take you to checkout. What is the problem?

Spoke with the corporate office yesterday and it was stated that you need to use Google Chrome for ordering with Walmart. They stated that IE was not secure. I downloaded GC and had no problem ordering.
I am using google chrome! And its not working! I've spent the past 2 hrs getting pictures ready for my daughter's first birthday and it will not proceed to check!!
