Can't sign-in to account; can't navigate site

Unable to navigate site even after attempting to log-in. No access at all to account info. No matter how I linked to the sight (search engine, Walmart email, etc.) did not make a difference, same result. Almost as if the site is freezing as if it's loading or refreshing but nothing advances or changes, no matter how long you wait.
