It is the correct email and password, but it states it's wrong. I reset it, customer service reset it ,but it still states that its the wrong email/password.

I've been having the same problem all day and I don't know why... I don't know if my computer is the issue, my web browser is the issue, or if it's something else entirely...

Back, I think I got a solution... I finally logged in, but first my email address upon signing in had to be all lower case.
I'm not sure if this is a text case-sensitive issue or not, but hopefully this could be of help

Yes, I have been trying to sign into my Walmart.com account tonight with no success. I changed the password 3 times, but I still cannot log in. I know for sure the email address and password were correct initially.
i ordered a bike and i had to create an account, i got the email saying everything was processed so i knew the account was made. I checked my order wice and then when i wanted to check it again tonight it said both my password and email was wrong, i tried resetting my password but then it says my email is not registered, will this affect my order or not?
I can't log into my account. It tells me the email and password combo is wrong. So I clicked the "forgot password" link and submitted my email address. It told me it had reset my password and sent it to the email address. I haven't received the email. I checked my junk mail, and it's not there, either.
About three hours after I requested to reset my password, I finally got an email with a link to reset it. I clicked the link and came to a page to type and confirm a new password. I tried many passwords that fit the criteria, but it wouldn't accept any of them ("Password could not be updated ").
I tried to login to walmart, realized my go to password was not working for some reason. Asked for a reset link, got the email and entered a new password and got the error "Password could not be updated". I tried a new password 4 times, still can't login. Glad to know I am not the only one.
Same problem for me "password could not be updated" after initially not accepting my original password.
After having given up a few months ago, I tried to log in again at walmart.com this morning, and I was successful. I don't know if they fixed just my account, or if they fixed the more general problem.
