I keep getting an internal error message when I attempt to register my walmart purchased visa gift card.

cant register my card
I purchased 2 cards of different backgrounds. One was a 'Celebrate' card, and the other was a 'Gold Card. When I registered the cards at the "WalmartGift.com" adress, the offical registration site, the Celebrate card was accepted, but the Gold card was rejected. I tried several more times with same ending. So I went to the VISA Card Registration site. There I tried to regester under 'Green Dot Bank' (Wallmarts card bank). There it said the card had been all ready been regestered. So I tried them both to pay for lunch, and they both worked. It says on there wrapers they dont have to be regestered to work, (as long not used on internet). But is best if they are. Here is how I got mine confermed regestered, and can be regestered directly by Green Dot. Go to: 'Prepaid Debit Cards/Green Dot Prepaid VISA Card'. Enter 'Regester Your Card' A regetration page will come up. There try to regester the card. Good Luck.

1/27/2021 Walmartgift.com visa card reporting internal error, while trying to register card on my cellphone. I had to use a laptop to register. Worked just fine for online purchase today. I'll never buy one of these again, no customer service to help anyone. Disgusting way to do business! :(
