Can't complete checkout

I am having the same problems as others, I can't complete the checkout process. I have been trying for 24 hours and have used 3 different devices - MacBook Air, iPhone, and iPad. I hate shopping at Walmart in the first place so this makes me even more annoyed. I guess I should just take my business elsewhere (Amazon) even if I have to pay more.

Can't complete checkout. When I called customer service they advised they had not been notified of any problems. I told them I was notifying them. They advised I can't, only the company can. They offerred to place my order, but I told them I did not want to use a credit card, so they said they couldn't help. They also advised the standard "clean out your cache, etc." Entirely worthless help desk.

I'm also having this problem- can't get past the cart to go to checkout. My items are in the cart until I hit "go to checkout". When the page loads- all items in the cart are gone and I can't do anything.

I, too, contacted customer service with EXACTLY the same result as the previous poster. Unlike the previous poster(s) though, I love shopping at Walmart, which makes this so sad.. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in this response from customer service- I really though higher of Walmart..

This is NOT PROACTIVE Walmart!!

After speaking with them with the useless results I decided to try using Google chrome to log in. I was able to complete the checkout progress. I checked again using IE 11 and it would still hang. So there must be a problem with their site's code for IE. So to anyone reading this and having the same issue, try a different browser.

This problem has been going on since the end of January. For OVER 2 months now I have been trying to purchase a few hundred dollars worth of food/household items online and can not complete the checkout. I have been trying to use walmart gift cards to pay for it, with no luck. I think their site has been either seriously hacked and or needs to be completely upgraded. This is bordering on total incompetence. Now what business allows themselves to continue to lose revenues because of a faulty problematic website? Walmart that's who! And yes. their customer service is almost non-existant.

I almost forgot, the problem is NOT just IE, it is also FireFox. I have used 2 different computers, a smart phone, I Pad, and I Pod, to order and no luck with all of them.
