can't complete checkout

Have been trying to check out for at least 3 hours now to no avail. When will this be fixed??

Just an update that may or may not apply to some of you. It appears that if you have over 20 items in your cart, it won't go through. So if you're having a problem with checkout and receive the error message to try later or reload etc, try removing some items and placing separate orders so that it does not exceed 20 items. That doesn't mean you can't get multiple of one particular item, however this is pertaining to 20 unigue items. Hope this helps. It sucks there's a limit on a cart but this seemed to work as a fix.

It won't. I have been waiting for a week. Calling customer service is a waste of time as well.

I have emailed them, still waiting for reply. Will be calling. This is such a shame, I'd use other online stores but they don't have everything I'm looking for. Might just have to go elsewhere anyway and not get some items because I've been trying for three days in a row. Used different computers and it still doesn't work. You would think they'd move quick to fix this but with all the complaints it doesn't look like its a major concern for them.

I have been trying to check out since Thursday a.m. Why is this such a problem? IF it is cart volume then why not have a message indicating this instead of repeatedly watching a wheel turn? This happened during the first week of September as well. Maybe time to shop elsewhere on line? It doesn't matter how good the savings are if you can't buy the items!!

*Update- it is NOT cart volume. I took the time to edit my cart to fewer than 20 items and still no luck.
