I saw that same thing for 6 months...They just fixed it TODAY...6 months after I contacted them, and about 50 or more phone calls and emails exchanged. Good Luck. They simply do not care about their customers.... 6. friggin. months. If you can talk with a supervisor named Matthew in the Green Bay, WI call center, he's the only one that cares and knows what he's doing.
