I found a way to check out despite these problems. Open and "inprivate" or equivalent session and check out as a guest. Just worked for me.
So, if we go in and sign in as a guest, it will work? I will give that shot then, but it doesn't makes sense, that it is down if you have an account, and not down for a guest, geeze.
You need to open an inprivate session(on Explorer is under the Tools tab), then checkout as a guest. Chrome, Firefox, etc. all have a similar feature.
My order from yesterday is being delivered this afternoon, so it definitely worked.

Darn. I either did something wrong, or it isn't going to work for me, but thanks for the help!!!!
Ok, I just emailed them, for whatever good it may do. Our store doesn't carry this particular laptop, and my daughter is going to need it for college, time's a wastin!
