I can see the cart just fine, but I can't process the order. It won't let me finish checking out at all for the last two days.

I have been trying to place an order since Nov. 2. 2014 and I have yet to complete one. On Thursday I was able to load a cart and even make it to the verify card stage but then the site hung and emptied my cart. We are told every time we call, "The site will be fixed in a couple of hours." Yep! I was told that on Monday, Tuesday, Wed... well you get the idea.
WalMart.Com isn't down... you can access it. You just can't shop. Few of the buttons are working and the "Add To Cart" button is certainly one. It worries me that big money companies won't shell out money for their customers. If WalMart.Com needs a big server or more servers to accommodate all its members/users why the heck haven't they done it. There no different then bill Gates who wants to charge people who buy his product to fix it when it doesn't work. If you have billions of dollars why am I paying your technicians to fix your products? No WalMart isn't down... We also need to put pressure on them to make more products available to the home shoppers. Foot traffic is understandable but a dollar is a dollar. As long as the dollar is going into their bank what difference does it make if it's from home delivery or foot traffic?
