I have tried multiple times to check out with the sign out button, will not work. This puts my security at risk! I will never order from WalMart online again!

I've placed two orders in 2 days and have not been able to check out either. I replied to the Walmart email and received an email about my credit card, which I have never used to place an order and that I needed to contact my financial institution. This made no sense. I tried to place the same order today and was unable to complete the transaction because a page came up that said something to that effect "cannot complete transaction." This concerns me as I had just paid through Paypal and had logged into Paypal with my usual password. I feel as if my Paypal is at risk because the transaction is still basically open.
