click on check out to place my order and it goes to a blank page for 2 days. Can't order
I've been trying to check out at walmart.com since last Thursday. I called the number they sent me in an email . The guy was very nice. He even tried to get through with my order. He said there are definitely problems with the checkout and he would report it. He said they would be sending me an email . That was five hours ago. Hopefully they will fix it soon.....?
The same thing has been happening on my account since January. I've written roughly 20 emails and made almost as many calls. They do not care, because it only affects a minority of their customers. It has been beyond frustrating dealing with them.
