For about a month now I have been unable to add items to my cart or checkout with what was already in my cart. Walmart "customer service" has been utterly useless and claiming it's a problem with me (even though the SAME problem happens on EVERY browser on EVERY device - Windows AND iOS!) and they refuse to acknowledge that this is a big problem with many customers.
It's 2015, Walmart: if you can't find the technology to form a simple checkout page, then GTFO. Idiots.

I am as of yesterday having the same problem, only I can order on a different computer running the same operating system and all else. Very strange. I have deleted all memory and cookie cash, restarted computer, temporarily disabled anti-virus and firewall all to no avail. This is frustrating to say the least. I know that the problem is localized to this computer, not our two android tablets, or the laptop running the sames windows 7 64 bit system.
I have been experiencing the same problem. E-mail Walmart and they said there were no reported problems. Deleted all of my cookies, browsing history, restarted, install a new browser, and created a new account with another e-mail address. All of these were revised by Walmart. No success.
Just to add that I am having the same problem on a Mac running OSX 10.10.3 and tried browers Safari, Firefox & Chrome.
I can not add items to my cart for two days now.
I cannot add any item to the cart for a week now. I get an error message "An error has occured while adding an item to the cart. Please try again shortly."
I have tried safari, firefox (pop ups enabeled) but still get the same message. If this is not corrected ASAP, I will go to Amazon.com for purchasing.
I cant add anything to the cart either once I add anything and either go to check out or go the add another item the cart empties out. Hope it gets resolved soon I have some bday gifts to order!
