cannot proceed to checkout

can put thing in my cart and sign in to my account but when I hit the proceed to checkout button it says "we are having temporary difficulties arriving at the destination you requested". I tried checking out as a guest and the same thing happened.

I am having same problem. Anyone know if they released any information on when it will be back up?

I've been trying to complete my purchase for 8 days! I always get a similar error message. I write customer service. No help.
