website seems normal till i try to get to my cart then i lose all graphics and get text running down left side of screen.

How can I recover my shopping cart when this happens?
My website also pops up as normal,but the links aren't working. I get to the login page and type in my info, but the sign in link doesn't work. Same for my shopping cart, I try to remove items, but when i click the remove link, it doesn't work.
