I am trying to buy a surge protector with my walmart account;
upon viewing cart I try to checkout and the page reloads and does not allow me to purchase.
Any ideas?

As an employee, I can't login to see my schedule or view my online payroll benefits or anything. The WalMart one site has been like this for over two weeks.
