ALL I GET IS CANNED EMAIL RESPONSES SAYING THEY ARE NOT AWARE OF ANY TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES AND TELL ME TO CALL THEIR PHONE NUMBER. WHEN I DO THAT, THE REPS DO NOT DO A THING ABOUT IT AND SAY THE SAME THING. HOWEVER, THE REPS CANNOT ACCESS MY CART, EITHER. I HAVE SPENT TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND THEY DON'T GIVE A RAT'S A$$

YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I THINK THEY SHOULD JUST SHUT DOWN WALMART.COM DOWN. THEY ARE SO......................INCOMPETENT!!!
I have been trying to put through an order for over 5 weeks now. There seems to be NO option at checkout for using a gift card, any gift card, other than possibly a Visa gift card, and then I am not even sure of that. I have Walmart gift cards and I can't use them. They were supposed to fix my problem within 48 hrs. from the time I talked to the via phone, and here I am almost 6 weeks later with the same problem. How in this day and age, can they have all these website problems for so............................ long and not have it repaired by now????? WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM??? You should consider yourself lucky if you get any response out of them at all. You might think they went out of business online. All I know is if I didn't have my money tied up in Walmart gift cards, I would be some other company other than Walmart.com. There stores are great, there online store/problems are at the other end of the spectrum. Should close up shop and just deal with there physical stores.
