1 hour in stock guarantee site registration not working

Site won't load to register because it is LAST YEARS site. It says right on it that registration expires on @ 11:59 pm CST, Sunday 11/25. That was in 2012 NOT 2013. 11/25 was Monday this year and registration is supposed to expire Sunday, 12/1/2013 this year.
