My card had money on it and now it's at balance zero cannot contact customer service

Me too!!!! Was able to pay a few online bills. But, $1000 disappeared all of a sudden????? This to shall past. Bet that.
Did you guys get any sort of resolution yet? Mine was also wiped out entirely and whenever I talk to anyone they tell me it will be back on my card "in a half hour to an hour" it's been almost 48 hours and still nothing

My account was emptied as well. Idk what is going on and I'm still on hold and I'm totally freaking out because my bill is due or their s!*t off my services. It is a must. Has anyone had this issue resolved? Or are they evening going to have this resolved?

My Walmart money card account has been down since Friday August 11, 2023, I am unable to receive cash sent to me, my balance keeps changing while there have been no transactions. I have yet to be able to speak with anyone at the customer service number, and have had zero responses to multiple chat messages to them. HELP
Did anyone get this resolved??? $365 disappeared of my account and without it, I cannot pay my PASS DUE electric! Plz help! I feel like I'm gonna have to call and file complaint with the CFPB and FDIC. :/

Ok, so for anyone else else who comes back for this same issue. It'll be back. Usually within 5 days. I'd get a new card just so it doesn't happen again bcuz it's bs! But, your money will come back. Alot of people (and I mean ALOT) have gone through this and it seems like there's a new batch of people every month. Rest assure, you'll get your money back tho.
I forgot to post that when I first got my money back, I just thought about how others might come looking for answers. Good luck!
THANK YOU! I'M HOPING ITS ONLY 5 DAYS OR LESS. THE ONLY EXPLANATION I GOT WAS THERE IS A TECHNICAL GLITCH BUT MY MONEY THAT IS MISSING IS SAFE. SOUNDS LIKE A KIDNAPPING REALLY. THIS IS SO CONCERNING AND SOUNDS LIKE IT IS A SECURITY ISSUE IF IT'S A NEW BATCH OF PEOPLE EVERY MONTH. IM HOPING I SEE A RESOLVE SOON. I'M SO MAD ABOUT THIS.
