They said some technical difficulty due to their update. They could not said what exactly but hopefully resolved today

I'm through this same thing. Went to the ATM to check the balance shows it's negative but on the app I had money available
This is the 16th and my money is showing on my account via the app but my card is not working and I also cannot pull money at the mac.. trying to call customer service is useless s you just sit on hold for hours...... is this only happening to me????

Same thing is happening to me now for 2 days! Been trying to get through the customer service line and I got transfered and the lady hangs up on me after being on hold for 2 hours! ughhhh i am soo over this, the chat doesn't even work, nothing works!!!! Customers need their money!!!

Same thing is happening to me, need my money, money available but card keeps declining, I am soo fn upset. I been trying to call and OMFG the call wait times is crazy! I been on hold for 2 hours and finally get someone and she states she needs to transfer me again after she couldn't help me, she did mention about the updates or something. She transfered to the block dept was on hold for another hour finally got someone and she hung up.... ughhh I am soo frustrated with this crap!!!! Answer your damn phones and get this s!*t situated ASAP!!!!!
called starting yesterday after direct deposit on 8/16 7pm est no answer til they closed tried to cash app the last 24 hours will not work when i tried to add back saying incorrect card number got up 8AM called support got through after 30 minutes got transferred to another department 30 more minures just to say its an issue there working on...I IMMEDIATELY UPDATED MY DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION

been going on since I got paid last Thursday. They paid my car payment via echeck and credit card, paid for my steak dinner but declined me at Wingstop...haven't been able to pull out money since nor can anyone help, just the run around. Had the lady on the phone with me while she keeps telling me my card is fine and will work, went to the ATM here in the office, it declined and she had no answers but to keep saying she's sorry for th inconvenience, like really idgaf, I want my damn money. Came and switched my direct deposit, they'll never see anothe red cent. Told her I was calling the police and FDIC. So pissed, this is insane and illegal like wtf is really going on.
I'm livid!! My direct deposit posted...took out for youtube..declined at the grocery store..tried using as a credit card..nope declined.....wentvto the atm..nope declined!!..tried calling it only played music..waited half hour on phone STILL nobody aanswered...apologized to grocery store I was absolutely mortified...drive home..check account...took my audible payment out in that time..tried calling again..no human answers...can take my money for online bills but not the grocery store???? I'm gonna be pissed tomorrow if I still cant get MY MONEY!!!!
